The metro stop is only about a two minute walk from our apartment, so getting around the city is pretty easy as far as that's concerned. We had a very early alarm this morning in order to get to the airport for our flight to Prague via Amsterdam. All went very smoothly and we arrived into Prague about 14:00 (2:00 pm) this afternoon. We left the rafting center around 8:30 am and headed for Sofia. The GPS said it would be about a 9 hour drive, with two border crossings and a time change (losing an hour). So we had made the decision to stay about halfway in a hotel and break it up into two days. Because 9 hours over here means about double that!!
