we arrived in ko samui on the 8th and our first nite greeted us with a room darker than kolo toure himself..its highlights were the two lizards found in the bathroom and the small cockroach that met sedge's sandal with quick affect! after getting out of the hell hole we found another place that had a few more facilities, like the coldest air con on earth which is very nice. we have been there a couple of nites and plan to leave 2mo for a smaller part of Ko Sa...

Hello world!!! travelling over the last week (most notably a 8 hr train journey and 2 hr ferry ride) we have arrived on ko tao...............and to be honest, its absolutely gorgeous!! Hello all. Just to say we are in Bangkok and safe, yet extremely hot. Everything is ridiculously cheap and we can safely say this is the hardest city in the world to navigate. Despite that today we have been and seen the Grand Palace and the mighty Emerald Buddha which was very impressive.
