Hello from Hoi An - the good news? It was sunny yesterday, so on the 30th November I was sunning myself next to a pool sipping a cool beer and generally having fun in the sun. Lots have happened since my last blog, hopefully the pictures help fill in the gaps….or at the very least provide a couple of minutes distraction from whatever it was you were doing before you clicked on the link to my site…

So, a relaxing time here, 3 nights in the same place, which is a luxury. No trekking, no mountain-climbing, just some quiet time in Vietnam. A very nice beach just a few km down the road which we biked to yesterday, with the waves of the South China Seas crashing against the sand - beautiful. Lots of shopping opportunities here, if you like that sort of thing - tailor made suits, shirts, shoes, dresses etc...

Food continue's to impress for price and quality, although the servings are a little small - this morning I had a bacon and egg sandwich and chips - yummy!
