WOW! Two entries in as many days!

Well this is becasue Noosa is a really good place to jsut chill out, and actually has a decent internet cafe in our hostel!

So 'What have John and John been up to today?' I hear you all asking... well I shall tell you now...

At 8am this morning we took the courtesy shuttle bus from our hostel to the transit station, and then got on the courtesy bus that would take us to the Australia Zoo, home of the late Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter!

When we arrived we got a map and schedule for the days events at the zoo and made our plan of attack! First off we went to the 'Crocoseum' where we watched an hours show on Birds, Snakes and Crocs! It was a bit cheesy but entertaining too.

Next we walked around the Steve Irwin memorial museum. It was a very emotional display of gestures and tokens of adoration for the Crocodile Hunter, and there was a real sense of loss there! The world has truely lost it's 'wildlife warrior'!

Next we journeyed through the 'Wetlands' where we saw lots of cool birds, and Kangaroos, and Elephants, and Tigers and many other wonderful creatures! I cannot remember all of their names so you will have to forgive me!

I actually got to stroke a Koala Bear, and I didn't even have to pay for it! They are so cute! I also got to feed and stroke many Kangeroos that wander certian parts of the zoo, which was really cool.

There were many other cool things at the zoo, and they can all be seen in my photo album of our zoo visit, once I get to somewhere that I can utilise a memory card reader!

When we arrived back in Noosa, John and I went for a walk through the high street and looked at all the expensive shops that it has to offer it's rich inhabitants! We then took many photos of the beach and sunset as we made our way back to our hostel.

Tonight John and I have just been chilling in our hostel and we met up with a girl we met in Airlie Beach, which is great! And so that is all I have to tell of today's antics... do come again and I shall continue to post as often as I can!
