Short post here... Taking a trip to Pai now and the final leg of the Thailand journey. Heard so many good things about Pai.. The hippie paradise of the north and not visited before so looking forward to it!

Chiang Mai was great... Lots of sightseeing around the old town and temples... The new town and markets...

Food in the local night market was great and pottering around a few of the local bars was good. Nice to have a quieter few days and ease off after the mayhem of the islands!

Visited an elephant conservation centre for the day, nice to see them in good surroundings, great day and a fraction of the cost of the tourist elephant parks you see all over Thailand!

Into another dorm now so hopefully should meet some funny people... Staying in Circus School hostel so should be fun...!
