Looked forward to the trip to Bogota as a bit of a reunion with Sonny, Tom and Daniel! Not seen Tom in years, and Sonny and Daniel since the Asia leg of the trip last summer!

Spent the weekend basically eating, drinking and catching up! A good old English curry rustled up on the Friday night and visited a few of Tom's local places the rest of the weekend. Apparently one of the popular things to do is literally set up tables and some music outside of a convenience store and have a few drinks so that's exactly what we did on the Saturday night!

Didn't see much of the city but it's very industrial, not very picturesque and I don't think too many tourist activities so we didn't feel too bad just using it as a good excuse to catch up.

Monday morning and an early flight to Medellin. We'll we thought it was an early 7am flight but it turned out to be a 1pm set off so a little bit earlier than needed!!

Good catching up with everyone, saw some of the nice residential side of the city and some good home cooked food!!
