Made it to paraty, a rather short bus journey only 6 hours!!

At our hostel we met every British person in South America, literally everyone we spoke to was British.

On the first day we went to the waterfalls which has a natural waterfall slide, it was so much fun. There was also a water rock jump. Which was a 10m jump from a rock into a natural pool below, it took a little building up to do it but Ben jumped and made it.

One day we had a beach day and just relaxed.

We did a boat trip with people we met from the hostel, we walked around the harbor and bartered for a good price for a trip around the local islands. We had our own boat and it stopped near the islands and we jumped off and swam to the shore, one island had turtles that you could see swimming and another island had monkeys and lizards.

We also went back to the waterslide another time and had s hammock day to chill out.
