Pisco-unfortunately pisco was hit by an earthquake last year so the place didnt look too good. we had a fantastic hostel though and felt very welcome. we got to see how the famous pisco (alcohol) is made and had quite a few shots of varrying stregths. as i as a wimp I stopped at the 43% shot the others went on to try 90%. the highlight of the visit was the Ballestas Islands we saw lots of sea lions, penguins and pelicans

yes people this traveling lark is not too bad at all! We arrived in Lima on new years eve to find my bag was lost! dont worry I got it the next day. The first hostel was nice but a bit musty, much better than I expected though.
