Someone likes a good burger... happily chomping away at a hipster diner (not our words, but pretty fitting!) in Silverlake, where we got a bit carried away ordering not only a burger with coleslaw and fries, but also a key lime pie and a peanut butter chocolate shake (one of each item, but as you can see the portions are humongous).
I guess the milkshake would have carried sufficient calories for dinner for the both of us...
(especially as we MIGHT also have had a small pre-dinner snack at the taco truck... ooopsie.)
I really do symphatize with every overweight American now - honestly, I wouldn't stand a chance here!
