Hi All

Well we had to wave Geo of at the airport last night. She is now at Mum and Dads with Stefan, Linley and Taylor catching up on all the goss before she starts her new life in the air force. We have just spoken to her and it sounds like there is lots of talking going on. Good luck tomorrow Geo, we miss you already.

Today we went fo a drive around Phuket, mainly Kata, Karon and Patong. There is a beautiful lookout with the most amazing views that Shane has some good photos off. We dropped the car back at budget today, lucky we had it with all of the driving back and forth to the hospital.

Patong is incredibly busy. The beach is full of beds and umbrellas with some very large, not dressed people (ie toppless), wallowing on them. hmmmmm. Everytime you stop to have a look at something, someone tries to sell their wares. Quite intimidating and a little bit of maddness. We decided that we did not really like Patong Beach so we headed back to Karon Beach. Much quieter, well relatively any how. Did some wallowing in the crystal clear blue Andaman Sea. Just watched the world go past. Fabulous.

Have organised to go Elephant riding tomorrow, so there should be some funny photos. On Saturday we are heading by big boat to Phi Phi for the day then Ao Nang - Krabi for a couple of nights.

It is nice to relax for a few days as the Intrepid tour was so hectic. We are all sticking to western food at the moment, just being a little bit cautious.
