Today we went off exploring to some floating markets which were pretty awesome! Lots of people on boats selling things and people with stalls on the side of the water were really cool and different !! We got given a hotel chauffeur that stayed with us the whole day and drove us anywhere we wanted. She was so beautiful we adopted her as our Thai mum and she called us her children haha.
Once we got back to the hotel we picked up our bags and headed to our new hotel to meet up with our tour group.
Happy to say we have a pretty awesome group!
We are the only Aussies though, everyone else is from holland, UK, New Zealand, and Canada! Only 14 of us at the moment and picking more up along the way :)
3rd Dec
Today we woke up at 5:30am (yuck) and had breakfast and started our journey to Cambodia!
4 hours to the border and then 2 hours to our hotel. It went pretty fast though as we still had lots to learn about everyone on the tour!
Now we are just relaxing and getting ready to go out to a training restaurant called New Hope and having dinner there. We are catching a tuktuk there and Kirsten is very excited! Hahaha
Sorry the blogs are short and sweet, we just haven't stopped moving!
