Early start from Auckland to paihia yesterday. Straight onto boat to swim with dolphins and went to cathedral cove. Al was ok, but was freezing and no sun :( and the dolphins weren't overally interested in us! BBQ last night. Steak. Made some friends. Some even from somerset. Dad that guy from woollens was on boat n all! Crazy. Off hiking today with izzy from oxford. And up to cape reinga 2mo. Sandboarding, wild horses, 90 mile beach... Back to Auckland on thurs for one night. Friday start my southern journey, first stop hot water beach. Pray for sunshine! Lack of it so far. Lots of love all, A x
