Well, I'm here! I can't believe it. I guess it takes some time to let it all sink in. The hostel that I'm staying in is actually really cool. So today I went to Buckingham palace, the Queen's Gallery, Westminister, the Big Ben, the London eye (didn't ride-expensive!), the National Gallery, the National Portrait Gallery, the Marble Arch, and the Tate Modern...whew! I walked for about 12 hours today, but it was amazing and well worth it! Buckingham palace and the Queen's Gallery were very beautiful and lavish. Went to Inverness yesterday. Flew into Glasgow then took a train up to Inverness. The train ride was amazing! Some of the most beautiful scenery that I have ever seen. Lush green rolling hills, colorful forests, craggy snowcapped mountains...stunning. Inverness is a very cute little city too.
