We decided to catch the bus to Bondi beach today as we were told it was a must do when in Sydney. The weather was fairly overcast but tempture wise it was fairly warm, so this led to a lovely walk on the beach with hardly any tourists. Even though it was overcast it was still very bright and someone did not bring sunglasses or a hat. This led to another hat purchase so far this person now has...1 - Original black hat from home, 2 - Dragon hat in China, 3 - Replacement for original black hat due to hole, 4 - Bridge climb hat, and 5 - Sydney Bondi beach hat. Although in fairness the Dragon hat was given to the happy driver man in Beijing as a parting gift.

Once equiped with a hat we continued our walk and enjoyed some lunch at a beach front cafe. We did dip our feet in the sea but it was far to cold to swim in so you couldn't blame the surfers for wearing full length wetsuits. We returned back to the hostel to begin packing for our bus the next day bound for Surfers Paradise.
