After a good sleep in our sweeeet (suite) room, we headed off to walk the 'strip' in Vegas and enjoy the heights of opulence, consumerism and people watch! We walked through the Luxor hotel (pyramid shaped), saw the sphinx, continued through several classy hotels until we reached the Bellagio hotel. An amazing place. From the daily water fountain shows set to music outside in the 'pool' (more like a small ocean) to an atrium area with an amazing Xmas display, featuring a flower display with polar bears made of thousands of white carnations amongst igloos and skating penguins! Lots of happy snaps from Addy and americans talking photos with one lady asking me "Can you get out of the way, I trying to take a family photo!" Then onto a fabulous patissiere within the shops with a chocolate fountain Willy Wonka would be proud of! Cakes and sweets that were edible art work, however we settled for some great gelati and coffee. From here we ventured into clasis american consumerism to the Coca Cola and M&M shops. The range of product marketing, branding and merchandising was staggering! We tried 16 sample cups of coke owned drinks from all over the world and went to the M&M shop which had a wall of different types of M&Ms (20 to 30). We each chose our 'show bag' of M&M types and munched on them on the way home.

Viva Day 2 Las Vegas..
