At 6.30 pm Faith joined Scott's PGC in Le Flamme ceremony at the Arc de Triumph.
We (AM, Jacinta and Deb, marched up the Champs Elysse with Scots pipe band, and assorted others, the Faith band played, at the Arc, I laid a wreath with Jacinta and Deb, took part in a sword ceremony at the eternal flame, and then had to I shake a lot of hands of all those standing in the perimeter as I was presented to them. Quite an honour actually. The ceremony had many protocols to follow, but we were given different directions which made it a little confusing. Nevertheless, we laid a lovely big wreath and it went very well.
