3 big events today. Caught the Metro to Notre Dame in time for 9 am mass. We has a priest that spoke English, so he welcomed us and also spoke to us of his sermon message. Just lovely. Then we looked around the cathedral which contains the relic of the crown of thorns. Then up the stars we went to the top if the exterior of Notre Dame and the belfry. Stunning views, of all Paris but especially for us of Sacre Coeur that we went to last Thursday. Lunch in Saint Michel area then back to hotel to prepare for afternoon.
