Woken up by goat bells followed by a quick dip from side of boat in another bay on Kalimnos.
Following breakfast a great snorkel along the cliffs - loads of fish in schools, none of edible proportions! Remnants of sea urchin feasting near a tiny pebble beach, a large engine, & several individual or small groups of brightly colored, almost tropical looking fish. The most extraordinary thing is the topography of the underwater world here, so different to home with white pebble bottoms, steep drops, caverns, rock formations, water colour. Love it!!
The Tanem.h horn echoing through the water suggested I should be elsewhere. Everyone was on board, anchor up & boat ready to sail off. Shame, was enjoying myself!
Sailed back to Kos to do all the exit paperwork for Greece, & a quick whirl around the port, then back to Turkey to Turgutries to offload the riff raff - Vicki, Garry, Brenton & Susan, more visiting immigration matching faces on passports with bodies, tough given some of the photos, then sailed off shore to moor at the Catal Islands.
More swimming, & time with Mustafa on his parents property ecotourism aspirations, wine education & English. All 5 staff are seriously hardworking, delightful people.
Dinner on deck tonight was with a wonderful sunset and backdrop of a beautiful light show on the main coast.
