ok one more super quick message- i seem to have been talking about presents a lot, and while when u or loo go away that is one of the main concerns ( half joking) im not actually really expecting anything- i know its not really a shopping trip kind of trip. and ur probably v .poor by now- so dont feel any pressure!! loo has satisfied my greed somewhat with lindt and mentos brought back from france- what more could a girl ask for!!( thai t-shirt, belt)-seriously only kidding!!!

hey, i just read through mums message and another embarassing parent quote jumped out at me "the bridge st 4", to add to dads " howzit hangin"- dnt worry, i am going to be having strong words them as a matter of urgency over there message language- i will be telling mum that under no circumstances can she phrase the 4 peole currently living at Bridge st so they sound like the title of an eniyd blyton story! But bless her she has been quite heartbroken over her fall from technical wizardry ( the emails not arriving) all ive been hearing is "Annie must have felt so neglected" etc- just so u dnt think so- she did spend hours over them, trying to conquer the crazy world of computers- it makes u forgive the odd cringe. Esp as one cringe in a message of that length is nt too bas nd it could have been worse- imagin the brackly st 4s trip to (some norfolk cove name) cove, or the brackley st 4 on adventure in norfolk or some such- we shud count our blessings!!dads up here as well and ws reading an email tht askd abt my revision/exams-it was sweet of u 2 remember- basically its horrible. Im getting depressed from lack of sunlight- im setting aside my days for revision and then doing my best9and my best is pretty good) to avoid it by e.g. checking my sisters travel progress which is quite guilt free- unfortunatley spending my time doing stuf like watchin the fabulous life of celeb entourages is not!! so am basically wallowing more and more and feeling guilty from wasting my revision days, while not actually wasting them with things that are fun or interesting bt of celeb entourage standard!! however one gd thing is that ive tidied my room as a revision avoidance tactic- (cant work wen theres no space etc) nd u no those plastic bags i was telling u abt- i had every right to fear them - a (sealed so cud be worse) lunchbox frm my geog trip- which may have bn b4 u left was not pretty unless ur attracted to lots of white fluff and green stuff! however gd thing of tidying rm was hv sortd out all my clothes- nd now hv a pile of stuff outgrown or that even i wudnt wear. Act thinkin abt it maybe i should kp them 4 u being so much shorter and all!!(only joking, im sure still shorter than u- do NOT give my present(s) to loo.) Have also been cutting up some more of our favourite childhood dresses and making them into skirts (sorry last bracket applies(mostly) again)-the clown is in a very secure place nd the drresses are safe!! anyway sorry this is another long message- i only meant to write abt parents vocab!! lots of love xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

well i think mum wins the longest message competition- ive been properly blown out of the water!!-its alwats bn one of her greatest talents ( i remember all those seriously lengthhy, and seriously embarassing sick notes that told my teachers (dnt no why im writin in past tense- the pain is still continuing)every small stage of my illness- i always had to do that slightly embarassed, apolegetic smile- when they saw it nd realised that was their lunch break gone!!- i have to stop going off on random tangents- its becoming quite a character flaw!!Anyways wat i really wanted to talk to u abt ( this is going to start and rival mums!) was to remind you of my love for all nice things thai, and csmbodian ( or wherever else u r)- im thinkin esp. summer wear 2007!!Also i remembered i havent told u abt me being like half a cm away from jake from hollyoaks. Nearly everybody else ive told have not bn suitably oh my gosh!!drop wat im holding excited!!but im thinking as cant act see u i can pretend ur gasping as u read this and thinkin sometin along the lines of - oh id give all my worldly possesions to have bn less than hhlf cm away from jake- ohh who am i kiddind the story really doesnt deserve the attentuin ive bn givin it!well ill tell u anyway its the best i gt at the mo. Abt a week ago, i was stayin with Nat, and we went to this pretty out of the way pub 4 lunch- not were ud expect 2 c ur typical bonafide A ( ok Z) soap star!!but as we were walking past the bar. i was drawn to a surprising good looking in the flesh jake!! i rather embarassed myself trying to take a few fugitive photos! so u can see the blurry back of his head wen u get home! if that isnt a reason to hurry home nothing is !! so lots of love!! katexxxxxxxxxxx

Thank you mummy for my message., it is very nice to here from you, i miss you a lot. Sounds like things are busy busy at home. Is Garteh coming out trvaelling at all? Hope you have a great easter, eat an easter egg for me! I think i'm pretty sure i will come home. Pippa needs people to work on the aspargus farm at home soon after we get back for 6 weeks so that should be fun,being around freinds. I will try and put some more up it just takes a while! sweetheart, there is definitely something going wrong in my communication to you - even now I've just lost the message I started! I'm so sorry that none of my messages have got through to you because I have been getting myself onto the computer and thinking that I have been keeping in touch with you and now I find that you haven't heard from me at all- really disappointing. Anyway the main thing is that you have clearly been having a fantastic time and really enjoyed your tour - it really sounded wonderful. We have been so glad. Good to hear that you and Pippa have met up OK - hope you continue to have a good time doing whatever - lying on a beach or two perhaps? I know what you mean about it being more tiring when you have to sort everything out for yourselves - hope the tour gave you a few pointers on that score. Daddy told us you were thinking about whether to come back as planned or to extend - I guess some of that would depend on where else you thought you'd like to see and who you might be able to travel with. We could help you out on the cash side if that is a problem. Just let us know. Whatever you decide, it sounds as if what you've done so far has hit the spot, so anything else will be a bonus. Can't believe we might see you really quite soon now if you come back as planned- but I won't get too excited just yet in case you decide to stay on a bit.

I'm off to Esher tomorrow to stay with Auntie Jilly and cousin Sarah and help look after Ouma while Auntie Sara and Co are away skiing. I'm bringing Sarah back with me on Good Friday for Easter, by which time Grandpa will be installed (Daddy is picking him up tomorrow - Wed 4.04.07). Ross is coming up for Easter lunch and staying overnight and on Monday us lot and maybe Grandpa are going for the big family get-together in Esher, returning Sarah. We then have time at home until the following weekend when we (Bridge St 4) are going to Norfolk and get some sun?, sea and sand ourselves - and of course some good birds! The Talbots go back on Fri 13.04 the day we head off. The girls go back to school on 16.04 and you MAY return the next weekend. The following w/e I will be down in Esher from Thurs night after work till Sunday - you could come too if you wanted. S and G are away for a long weekend so Auntie V and I are covering it and she is on a conference till Sat. Ouma finishes her last chemo, as we understand it, the last Thurs in May, so may come back to B. some time soon after - we just don't know. G'pa is definitely (all being well) going ahead with his 90 th B Bash on 17.06.07. Obviously it would be lovely if you could be there. Since you haven't got my emails you won't know that we got our holiday booked and then it was cancelled as the family wanted it themselves and now we've luckily been able to get the original place we stayed at the first year we rented. So we overlap with Auntie S and Co for their second week. This is very long, I know - hope it will be allowed - but just want you to know where we all stand so you can make your own decisions round us. I may be finishing my job on 1st June, but then we've been there before. It slightly depends on Ouma and also if they get permanent staff - probably the end of June is realistic from that point of view.

ahh, theyre home, mum seems pretty relaxed although she did not approve of my pyjamas, and it seems my trips on the late morning bus ( i hv frees first two periods today) are to be no more!! u will not believe wat loo brought out of her shopping bag ( luckily it seems theyre late home bcos loo went into town, not bcos they were wondering around the school trying to find me-)- pyjamas with "take a ride " or some such on!! not wanting to be a prude( altho act think i am) , but i was a lil shocked!! think one of my sisterly lecteur s may be in order!!
