Met in hotel lobby with those who wanted to do day tour. Sheila, Nancy,Cathy, Joanna, David, Babel and I, together with Ali all piled into the minibus, first stop Tulum archeological site, stopping en route to get drinks for the day. Tulum is a Mayan archeological site in a beautiful location overlooking the sea. Unfortunately it is one of the stops made by the hordes of cruise passengers, so it was very busy, but still interesting to walk round. We stopped there for around 1.5 hours, doing our own thing, some people heading straight for the beach. Sheila and I walked round together admiring the views and looking at the varied flora and fauna before meeting up with the rest of the group.
