We have been in Gulf Shores, AL since yesterday. We checked in to an RV Resort:) after several hours at the RV Service center. Ahhhhh, we have much to learn. Looked like such a simple pipe to fix....after several hours of waiting, a Walmart trip and a nap sunning in the RV Service center yard, we were finally set to go. For those who would like the visual of me lounging on a blanket without a care in the world...outside of Cherokee RV Center....I have only one of my children to prove it...darn IT! We pulled in to the "resort" eventually among mostly semi-permanent residents. We fit in nicely amongst the "It's 5 o'clock somewhere signs" you can be assured. We made our 1st fabulous dinner (please tell Samuel we used our cow), played games and called it a night. For today's festivities, we treated ourselves to a BEACH DAY. Kids thought it was super fun that we lounged on the beach right on the border between AL and FL. They could put one foot in each state. We scored a sand dollar or 2 and got some much needed Vitamin D. It's Taco Tuesday in the RV.....
