We had a pleasent flight to Chang Mai and a very quick baggage claim and toilet stop later we'd paid our taxi and were on our way,thank god as it was quite late and were starving just wanted to get some food and sleep . After waking up feeling a tad groggy from the drinks the night before, the last thing us 2 wanted to do was board a 2 hour ferry to Koh Phi Phi Don. But we got on with it and with a not so bad sea journey later we were finally here and we couldnt wait for this place as we had heard alot about the Phi Phi and how nice it was, clear blue sea, golden sand, good night life and most importantly, Maya bay!
