Woke at 9:00 and got our showers and got ready for the day. Jude and Catherine prepared the infamous full Fried Breakfast for us, complete with fried tomatoes, fried mashed potatoes, mushrooms, eggs, sausage, blood pudding, bacon, and fried bread. 5-19-12 We woke about 8:30 and got showers and then headed to The Heart of the Country for breakfast at local crêperie The Pear Tree. There we all had La Complete (ham and cheese crepes) with tomato coulis. It looked so good that Andy I dug in and didn't realize we hadn't taken a picture until our plates were clean.
