Just writing this has I am waiting for the train to take me down to Surat Thani which is down South Thailand near Phuket. Will be going overnight so saves a night's accommadation aswell and I can get some much needed rest - been out most nights to god knows when. Have met plenty of people - everyone seems so friendly - and of course the bar girls are nice. Enjoyed my time in Bangkok, my first day I was given a private car tour (mainly of the old city-palaces etc) by an ex-minister called Tuli in Bangkok which was really nice of him to do (Friend of Rod). Have seen some sights in Siam & went to some Wat's. Spending a bit of money - will have to start having some night's in just to save now & again. I am sure most of you who have gone to Thailand I am not telling the full story on my blog - but my famalies reading this so I will not digress on that part! :-) Anyway hope you are all fine & I will continue enjoying the lovely weather!
