Today was our last touring day of the trip. We headed back to colonial Williamsburg. We got to see a bunch of colonial inspired buildings and shops. There was a wig maker, dress maker, gun maker, jail-house, and Blacksmith. We also saw the governor's mansion, which was huge. It had a bunch of rooms, some with weapons as decor, and some interesting architecture. We even got to walk around in brick clay (Man, were my feet smooth after that). We finished up in Williamsburg and headed out to our final destination, the treacherous... Busch Gardens! It sounds like a nice place, but it is far from it. Busch Gardens is an amusement park and everyone was excited to go there, so much that no one slept on the bus ride. I was really unexcited to go there and hated rollercoasters. I didn't ride much of anything at the beginning, but I finally gave in and rode one rollercoaster, and man was it awesome! I had a pretty good time for the rest of the day. My first time on a rollercoaster will be one of my most fond memories of the trip. We had supper there, which was a disgusting pretzel for me. The day went really fast and that is why I am combining this and the next day. The next day we packed up our stuff and went to the Smithsonian before we got on our flight. We went to the American History Museum and saw some really neat stuff. I got some pictures and infomation for my research paper and some gifts for my brothers. We boarded the plane to Philadelphia which was a 30 minute ride. Then we got on the plane for Dallas. When we landed I was so happy to be on the ground. Flying in at night felt so much like when we had first arrived in Boston. I rode with my teacher back to Oklahoma and for the first time in weeks I saw my parents. It was good to be home.
