We had a tour through the Tower of London this morning by a Beefeater, saw the Crown Jewels and heard all the gruesome stories. Then had a pub lunch in Portobello Road at Notting Hill where the movie was filmed and walked back through Hyde Park to the tube at South Kensington, then back to Tower Hill on the Circle line.

Went to Buckingham Palace, we actually saw the Queen and Prince Philip leaving in the Rolls on their way to address Parliament just up the road. Then to Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus incuding Ripleys museum, Covent Garden, Madame Tussauds and called in at Harrods on the way home
