I see you are in Bolivia, hardcore! Too much for us. We are near the Bolivian border though, in San Pedro de Atacama in Chile. Only a few more days left in Latin America before NZ.
I can´t look at your blog at the moment because this is the slowest internet connection none to man, my Spectrum 48K could load stuff up quicker. I'm actually checking out this site becuase i think we will switch from our site (www.travelblog.org). In turns out its run by one person and he was doing some stuff and erased loads of peoples blogs including ours!
I will have a better look when we are back in Santiago. I'm sure you are having a great time, viven el sueño!

Well hello there........this is my first message I think. Apologies for being so slow to be in contact. Had a quick look through the piccies - and glad to see you're having so much fun and seeing so much. News here is that Nath has moved into the house so we living as one big happy family at the mo.....me and Nath are moving out end of August into a new rented house for 6 months. I am looking for a job at the mo - which is proving to be a job all in itself. No luck yet though!!
Vonnie and Quyen are coming up next weekend to see us so a nice girls weekend with boozing is planned!

Amazing blog and photos. Seems like an incredible experience and it sounds like you are really enjoying yourselves , although the conditions in the mines sound pretty grim. Nothing much to report from Hay except it has finally stopped raining and been quite summery for the last few days.....wonder how long it will last! Despite the late emergence of summer loads of events last weekend were cancelled due to waterlogged fields so nothing much to go to. Saw your Mum and Dad recently at a BBQ at Nick Kerner's which was a bit of a wash out.

Hi to you both
Just got back from holiday early this morning, after a 6 hour delay with our flight. We have had a great holiday, lots of swimming, including snorkling-absolutely brilliant-like swimming in an aquarium!
Anyway unlike some we can only do 1 week, so it been washing, collecting a very lively puppy from exhausted grandparents and sadly getting ready for work tomorrow-uck!!
Glad you are still having a great time, you are seeing and experiencing so much-how lucky are you both. But you deserve it-so enjoy!!
Spoke to your mum tonight for a very long chat, we haven't spoken for so long with them away and then us away. She so enjoyed seeing you on the webcam. She said"he looked just the same" I'm not sure how she thought you would have changed!!

Your message board was looking a bit sparse so thought we would send a message. Not much news from this end only rain and more rain. Some places had a months rain in a couple of hours. Quite a bit of flooding but enough of that. Received your last blog, it was most interesting and so far we are managing to keep up with you on the maps. Thanks too for card no. 3 looks lovely. Spoke to Mum and Dad from Biarritz and they seem to be having a good time. Sue and Mark have gone off to Gozo off Malta wbere they say the weather is very hot. They have their own villa and swimming pool. Meanwhile we are puppy sitting. Great fun....the cat hates the dog and runs a mile and the small puppy stands and barks at the cat. The cat eats the dog food and the dog likes the cat food. I wonder if we will last the week out or whether we will be exhausted nervous wrecks at the end.
