A very long day/s! A 13hr trip to LAX. I was starting to get edgy at about 9 hours! Tried to get up regularly and drink the water they offered; I was surprised how few ppl got up to exercise where we sat. It was exciting coming into LAX and seeing all the lights. Sleep was a wished for thing Mexico to Lima for the most part unfortunately. Leaving us very exhausted; though sadly unable to check in until later in the day. Leaving customs we were accosted by many taxi drivers asking if we needed a ride. You could request a card in customs with an agreed upon price for your taxi trip to present to a driver outside. Well, after just over 2.5years after our initial voyage we are off! Off to Lima, Peru via LA and Mexico. Packing! What do you take for a year?
