Wednesday 4 November It's just a quiet day. We get up, have breakfast then relax and pack. We walk to the bus station and wait and get in the bus. Tuesday 3rd November We get up, have breakfast and head out to find the subway. And it's delightfully fine and sunny outside! We have tickets for the park Güell at 9:30. The metro is pretty easy to work out, but not quite as cheap as Paris. It's a walk up a lot of stairs that crosses lots of streets. Monday 2 November We get up early. Before 5 am and start walking to the metro. It doesn't open till 5:30am. It's a bit of rush to get to the bus station. It's a maze getting out if the metro and I get stuck between the turn style and a gate. My ticket gets me in one but not through the other. Thankfully a guard comes along and frees me. Sunday 1 November It's another big day. We get up, eat and head to the louvre hoping to see the Mona Lisa for free. On the way in we were serenaded by an accordion player in the metro. A great start. Saturday 31 October It's a great 12 hour sleep we definitely needed. I found an English speaking church and we head out to it. About 40min and 2 train changes. It's nice to fellowship again and we meet some other travellers as well. We might catch up again some time. It's a day of prayers and it's a lovely service.
