Saturday 6th June Just a quiet relaxing day. We listen to a sermon and mal goes for a walk. Mid afternoon we have lunch if guacamole and corn chips. We were going to go for a walk but it pours down! Once it clears we go for a walk. It's cold and starts to spit again. Ppl are still everywhere! Trying to sell things where they can. Lots of street food and cheap junk.

Friday June 5th We spend a quiet morning and then head out to find a supermarket. We walk past a few vege restaurants on the way there but they are both closed till later. We go to the area on the map told to us as supermarket but it's only a mini mart. We walk around but find nothing. We buy a few things from the mini mart. While waiting for the restaurants to open we sit in a park but then decide to further look for a supermarket. We find a large local market ...

Thursday 4th June Tour day today! We get picked up about 9. There is a little confusion about whether we are to be picked up. We are in the van, then out. Then asked for the ticket we already handed the lady. But eventually we leave. We stop by the tour office and switch busses and passengers. Down a boulevard there are over 100 monuments/statues. We stop at some Aztec ruins that now has a church built on the grounds and then at a square that has at least 6 chu...

Wednesday 3rd June After an long uneventful night we have airplane breakfast and I finish my pizza. After clearing customs we relax at the airport. No point rushing into town when we can't check in till 1pm! Malcolm researches the bus we need and gets a card with two fares on it. The bus mostly has it's own lane. We don't have the address exactly, but I remember seeing a distinctive road formation and we use that to find our way. It's still too early to check in...
