We don't have great plans for the day. We eat breakfast in the dining room and then head out to wander around. There are gondola after gondola full with Asian tourists going by right outside our hotel. The call out greetings to us. It's 80€ per ride! I wonder where their money comes from!
We start to walk to the square, but there is so much to see it's a little slow. Malcolm gets cold so we go back to the hotel to get his jacket and hat. We get to the square and look around then wind through the streets and over many bridges. We walk the edge of one island and check out a few free art exhibitions. Some very weird and unique. We stop in a square for lunch. Soon the birds searching for crumbs multiplies! They get bold too. Once we return to the hotel we do some planning that takes a few hours. Then we head out for trip advised pasta! We find the little hole in the wall place and order. It's good but not as great as the reviews! We walk around and find our selves back in the square. We still want more so we walk the streets till we find a takeaway place and get some calzone and a slice of pizza. It's pretty good. We walk the edges of the island and end up in a park. We rest a while then head back. We try and figure out our Indian visa application. It's frustrating trying to get the photo pdf and the right size for the website!
