Just a quick update as quite a lot has happened since our last post. We have moved to Ko Tao which is a two hour boat ride from Ko Phangan where we spent our last day exploring the island from quad bikes. Our German guide took us all over the north of the island and we saw amazing views from the highest points on Ko Phangan.

Last night was spent on a secluded beach on the east side of Ko Tao. When we say secluded we mean SECLUDED! This beach could only be entered by a very steep dirt track which even the 4x4s that taxi tourists around this island struggle to get up and down. We spent the evening snorkelling, the reef here is amazing. After a very disturbed and scary night in a hut on the beach, believing that at any moment our lives would be cut short, this morning saw a sharp exit to a more populated area on the west coast, where we are now staying in a bungalow one minute from the beach.
