Another day, another part of this amazing city. Today I took a bus tour to Golden Gate Park and Bridge. To say I spent 2 hours walking aound Golden Gate Park and only saw a very small part of it would be true. You need at least a whole day to see it all, and even then you might not. I chose to go to a place called Stow Lake first, then I had the crazy idea of renting a row boat and rowing around the lake. (I have photographic evidence of this!!) Im glad I did as I got to see Huntington Falls up close.

The second place I went to was the Japanese Tea Gardens. Everything was so clean cut and precise, not to mention beautiful. The Japanese sure do know how to do things.

Next up was Golden Gate Bridge. From afar it doesnt look so spectacular, but as soon as you get up close you soon change your mind. I even got the chance to go across it...on the top of an open top bus. As the title says, Windy is an understatement!! There were times during the drive over that I couldnt breathe because it was so windy. Plus it totally messed up my hair. hehe It was worth it though.

Even after all of that, I found time to go to Chinatown. Dont judge me but of course I had to have some chinese food there, all I can say is that Im glad there isnt a Chinatown at home!! The shopping was fun though and the streets were so colourfully decorated.
