We were awoken by our alarms during the middle of the night ready for our taxi to pick us up for the airport. We arrived at the airport with our eyes hardly open but were soon on the plane and on our way to Hong Kong. After take off we tried to get some much needed beauty sleep but something woke us up...the smell of FOOD! We arrived bright and early in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) at about 6am to be greeted by lots of the city already awake and exercising?!?! Anyway we managed to find our hostel amongst all of the hustle and bustle already happening and luckily our beds were ready for us so we got a few hours of much needed sleep before hitting the city for a day of sightseeing! We arrived after another night bus at our final beach stop of the trip, Nha Trang. Luckily we were allowed to check in to one room and feeling tired at 6am all 5 of us piled into one room to share 2 beds and slept perfectly. It was time for our first Vietnamese night bus and had already warned Fran and Paul that the standard of night buses in Aisa wasn't exactly first class transport.
