So, I'm back on the road again after living and working in Melbourne for five months. It would be impossible to write about everything I have done in those five months, however, I have had the time of my life, met friends for life and will keep the memories for life. Melbourne is the greatest city in the world and now owns my heart. The culture, festivals, and general city vibe is always buzzing; there is always something going on. The food and drink are amazing, especially the coffee - Melbournians definitely know how to do coffee! Some of the highlights include future music festival, the Formula 1 Grand Prix, Philip Island, AFL football at the MCG stadium and The Great Ocean Road. I would include the famous White Night in this list however being homeless due to hostel overcrowding for the night ensured it wasn't a highlight to remembered.... All experience nonetheless! Now it's time for a little adventure, after a shaky start with the newly purchased car breaking down, it is now sorted. I'm ready for the road trip up north and absolutely desperate for some sunshine, whoever told me Australia was always warm has some explaining to do! Goodbye Melbourne, it's been a pleasure, and I will definitely be back!
