Woooooo!
So we finally have money. Thank god!
We decided it would be easier and a whole lot safer ( Ibiza scarred me for life) to get one of these travel money cards.
Of course I think we were the first people in Macclesfield to EVER get one, as the assistant in co-op travel did not have a clue how to set it up. This meant us being in there for about 30 mins whilst a large angry mob of customers formed behind us - it wasn't fun.
But hey! On the plus side they gave us each 100 euros free for opening up an account. One can't complain.
The most annoying thing is though that Czech Republic have decided to be indie and opt out of the euro currency and instead have their own - koruna.
So we had to get that all separately as our money card only operates in euros - very frustrating.
The koruna currency makes you feel like you are incredibly rich - which unfortunately you aren't it just likes to trick you.
We changed 400 euros and received back 11,200 koruna.
Alas if only that amount were in pounds.
It has made me very happy and even more excited to finally have our funds, there is no turning back now.
Another item ticked off the list, it is getting a tiny bit shorter everyday.
