Vegas Baby! What happens in Vegas stays on Facebook they say now, haha! Well let's see what we can do for all you folks at home whom can't afford a grand Holiday at this time! San Francisco airport is the worst Place I've ever been, people are really mean! We are bloody Australian and have never been here before give us a helping hand before you start getting narky, ya b******s! Anywho United airlines really isn't a very good flight company either, it's good if you are low on cash but in every other way it reminds me of tiger airways in Australia, cheap and unnecessary! This last week has been one to remember but completely exhausting! As we flew over the dessert I found myself thinking that I wasn't going to make it an hour in Vegas... How wrong was I. As we landed it felt as if this random surge of energy came out of nowhere into my body, I have now dubbed this the "Vegas adrenaline boost" because you just go and go without a rest! We stayed in a hotel called the Excalibur which is designed as a castle themed casino complete with a nightly tournament! As soon as we checked in and dropped off our bags of we went to explore the strip. It didn't take us long to find a sweet bar at the MGM called the Rainforest Cafe. It was a complete inside forest, toy robotic animals included! Here we settled down on the animal seats and had a few 'Wild' beverages! Interestingly enough Phil knew some people travelling to America from Australia and they just so happened to be in Vegas on the same days as us so we decided to catch up. Liam and Erica met us at the bottom of the MGM then the four if us took a walk further up the strip until we reached Caesars. At this point we were staving so we sat down at this beautiful fancy restaurant, i was wearing short shorts and a tank top... I think they took it well! The man serving us was a nice type of fellow so Phil asked where the best place to go next is. The waiter directed us to a casino called Rio and said it wasn't to far off. After our meal we decided it was as good idea as any so we started walking towards the casino, after walking a fair while with the casino still off into the distance. It was agreed that we needed a taxi, so ahead we went to hail a taxi but try as we might no one would stop. Later we found out that taxis cannot be hailed and you have to be picked up at a hotel. Voodoo lounge was our next stop, Phil wasn't allowed in because he was wearing thongs....so was I but girls can do anything! Off he toddled to buy some swanky shoes so we could look at the best view in town! Finally we got let into the venue thorough a roped off fence into an elevator. As I was minding my own business some guy decided to talk about my little group as if we were not two feet away. Omg how did they get in?? She's wearing short denim shorts.. Most of you would know me very well by now and sure enough I turned around and gave that guy what for! The view from the bar my another great one! Seriously this trip has been full of exceptional places! At the bar we ended up meeting and drinking with pool champion because sure enough there was a competition on that very week in Vegas. From there on things become a little hazy, what happens in Vegas.....
