Staying in a cabin on land that rescues exotic birds and animals, I was awoken by the biggest rooster I've ever met for false dawn. I went to chill with Josie, the resident kangaroo, while drinking my coffee.
After breakfast we hopped in the 4wd for travel to the local national park where we sand boarded down the dunes. Of course I was embarrassingly terrified ( think how I was my first time snowboarding). Next we cruised to the beach where we raced pippies in the sand.
Now I amputating on my trainers and sunnies and we are headed to a short bush walk. I will definitely be ready for my swimmers and a nice glass of goon after.

Written later: when I finally went to one mile beach, I forgot they had told me the second half of the beach was a 'free' beach aka nude. Wanting to stroll the whole mile, I wandered that way until I noticed the backsides of very large older couple. Some things you can never unsee....
