Hello all,

I've finally done something with my pictures from my holiday way back when (it was to Ireland, Romania and a few points in-between if you've since forgotten. It WAS a fair while ago...). Eventually I'll make some kind of musical slideshow thing out of them (as per the oft-complimented earlier effort), but that hasn't happened for the holiday before this one yet, so don't hold your breath.

Next holiday is just a short one not worthy of travel-blogging: a few days at surf camp (hence the photo), and then a week at Thredbo doing some walking, relaxing and whatnot. That's all happening from this coming weekend - I'm looking forward to it. No plans as yet for the next lengthy trip, USA West Coast National Parks, or Japan both sound tempting. As does getting off the beaten track in Vanuatu. Else I could do something much more sensible and buy a house....
