We set off on another overnight journey, this time by coach to Vietnam from Siem Reap. the air con above my head had no cover on it so I had an ice cold draft on my neck for the entire 16 journey and James's seat rained. yes rained. (I actually missed the Hogworts Express)

We arrived in saigon to be met by a stream of motorbikes and a traffic jam, although we had been pre warnede about the traffic situation here.

The temperature is definately cooler here although its still hot and sunny and we spent our first day exploring the local bars but for more of a feel of the place rather than the usual cool down or in James's case "any excuse for a beer". Tomorrow we have booked an all day Meekong River Cruise which also allows time for cycling on one of the islands within the delta. that should be fun as i am not sure I can still ride a bike!!
