Well here we are in Lushious Koh Samui!

Such a Huge difference from Bangkok!

our journey here began last night at 7.00. we caught a luxurious air conditioned american style coach complete with DVD player and silk blankets. our journey lasted 11 hours - pretty bearable at this point. then we caught our second "bus" (more like a truck with a plastic roof but for me (rob) this was the most exiting part of the journey, looking out the back at a dusty road lined with palm trees and the odd mountain or temple here and there. Next was the ferry transfer when it started to rain! (shock horror, ali was not impressed!) were all settled into our bungalow now and hope to hit the beach tomorrow.
