Sawadee ka!!!! (hello)

updating the blog again as we left quite a bit out of the last blog from bangkok!!!

Cant believe we forgot to mention that on our second day in bangkok we both got piercings!!! i got my nose pierced and ali got her ear pierced, ali was a bit squeemish so i held her hand, but after the blood had gone she was fine and we went and had some amazing humous!!!! yummmmmm!!!

set off pretty early on friday morning and got a local bus to cha-am. the only way from the bus stop to the beach were motorbike taxis!!! we both got on the back of one, ali's driver shot off and by the time my driver had caught up with her she was stood on the side of the road crying, turned out they had had a mini crash and the weight of her backpack had caused her to fall off!!!! nothing serious tho, just a few scratches!

Quite a strange place, great if you were an older engish male with a thai woman, but neither me or ali are so we left the next day!!!

met an english couple on the bus to hua hin, turns out this older couple like trance music and clubbing in manchester, they're off to the full moon party same time as us! whoop! Hua hin is pretty cool, but were heading further south tomorrow, getting the train to champhon, then the overnight ferry to Ko tao!!

hopefully we'll be getting a tan soon as it wasnt sun bathing weather in bangkok, we had crazy thunderstorms at one point.

also we left our girls, leanne, lianne and lucy who have been with us since our tour in india, then they followed us to china and then bangok. hopefully they'll be ok without us!! Probably be seing them in Oz next year.
