Up and ready this morning was going for a mountain hike withe Mel and Stephen. Friends who emigrated here 9 years ago.
Mel picked me up at 9 and we headed inland to the "hinterland"
We had a lovely walk through the rain forest and took in some amazing views of the rain forest and some "waterfalls" they haven't had much water is aus lately so there wasn't much water!!!
We had about a three hour walk down in to the forest. I knew what was coming..., the hike back up! I thought I was back climbing kings canyon again at one point.
If this trip has taught me anything it's that I can push myself!
On the way back Mel brought coffee. It was a "fusion" ice cream and coffee well nice
