Up and ready this morning was going for a mountain hike withe Mel and Stephen. Friends who emigrated here 9 years ago. Mel picked me up at 9 and we headed inland to the "hinterland" We had a lovely walk through the rain forest and took in some amazing views of the rain forest and some "waterfalls" they haven't had much water is aus lately so there wasn't much water!!! Had the most lazy day ever just went in a 12 miles wonder!!!

Well I actually left the yha today I was quite gutted as it has been my fave hostel. However the new one I checked in today just further down more central seems ok so far. I went up the observation tower today the views were amazing. I'm gonna go up here for breakfast on my last morning I think. I really didn't do much more than that today apart from a couple of bars for a couple of pints. Going to look at hiring a bike tommorrow

Up and showered and made myself breakfast. I walked up the road to seaworld this morning I had plenty of time. I walked through the nature reserve alongside the beach. It was so pretty I would love to bring Mitch and daisy along here. I got into sea world watched the seal show and the dolphin show. Had a bit of a mooch about tbh I didn't think there was much there. Well i've had a busy day! Up this morning and to the brewery tour which was a bit like a busmans holiday. It was nice to utilise my time with something rather than clock watching for the coach. I caught the coach down to surfers paradise it was just an hours drive. First impressions of the centre. It looks like Blackpool!
