g'day mate!

Well had a long flight new years day and eventually arrived in Perth greeted by rain (trust them to have freak weather in the middle of summer when were here!) It was crap for the first couple of days so we just mooched around the city mostly but yesterday we were glad to see the sun come out! (And thankgod it did cos me tan wa starting to fade, im not having that!)

Y'day we hired a car and drove about 100miles south of Perth to visit our mate Vince from the tour (the one that got kicked off!!) He owns his own pharmacy down there in this little toy town called Harvey. We stocked up on food and drink and had a lovely night at his. His neighbours ('everybody needs good neighbours...'!!!) came round too which was nice and his street was just like ramsey street, i wa looking out for t'old harrold Bishop! We saw our first kangaroo's too!

The next day we had a really nice drive back up the coast (i soon got demoted to map reader as for some unknown reason stephen didnt like my driving...cant think why!) Once we were back in Perth we went to a gorgeous beach to watch the sunset then went out for a really nice meal in a nearby town. Cos the car cost a bit more than we expected we decided we'd kill 2 birds with one stone and kipped in it last night!! Suprisingly i had a good nights kip!

Anyways said goodbye to Stephen this morn as he's doing a tour for 8 days to Airesrock so ill meet him in Melbourne. Felt quite sad saying bye cos really will miss him! We have such a laugh so its going to be strange him not being around but think we needed abit of time apart as weve had a few barneys lately! He said to me last night 'you know what im gonna miss about you..... f**k all!!!' ha

Today im going to drop the car off then go down to beach and just chill out. Gonna buy a ball, draw a face on it and call it Wilson!!!! ha

Perth is fab, wanna live here!
