Wearing a kilt on a glaciar, this can have nasty consequences, Alan!
We enjoy your blog, make us feel you're with us. See ya, bro'

Never mind Tierra del Fuego, I thought there was no where civilised south of Hadrian's wall. And what's strange about penguins anyway Ian-tell me in the Crown tonight-but expect a debate!

Hi Alan tried to send you an email for the second time. The first time I did not do the sum and I lost the email and tonight I tried againand thought I would try and send a picture of a beautiful sun rise from my garden and opps!! it disappeared again so I have turned to the message board. Great to hear from you again and a nice prompter as I sit here at 11p.m. munching into my hot slice of toast and cup of tea before bed. I was determined to make contact. Fantastic photographs - sounds and looks amazing. Loved the bit of your blogg a bout meeting the french woman and widow. Geart that you had deep reflection of this part of your journey. Thought that the Glacier had a great significance as the chuncks falling is a symbol of letting go and trusting the bigger picture. I shall sign off now honey and will catch you soon.
Love and Hugs Marie Lamont

Good to see you reaching the outer limits (and the same within yourself) - the journey sound remarkable so far and yet more to go.
Please be careful with the penguins. I have always thought that there is something a bit strange about them.

Hello Alan,
Have spent a long time reading about your journey and experiences and I would love to be there!!
As usual I am doing anything but what I should be and spent Saturday with Sue who is just back from another trek across Africa she slept under the stars and saw two leopards up a tree, most unusual. She is off to Peru for the Inca Trail in six weeks and I have to say it is great hearing about places I won't see from people I have grown to really like and respect.
I love the hair cut!! I am looking forward to hearing more as you travel on and hopefully you will find what your are looking for.
Take care
Margaret

Alan i am brimming with happiness and need to share my day with you. From the moment i got up i was tripped by sabbotage patterns which i could(usually do) have fallen into eventually could see as not me and moved forward finding more supportive ways truthful ways of how to be me. that would have been enough in itself. as one was about my migraines!
Today was my first teaching day. Emmas class.Alan it was amazing. it worked well although had to be cut short another booking for hte hall!
The teacher liked and was challenged by it. Kids loved it.
Secratery rushed in to take phots. Sensitivity nil!
Kids worked really well considering and enjoyed it.
Highlights. the boys who wouldnt even hold hands in the initiation circle walknig arms drapped round shoulders heads resting on shoulders. the whole class walknig togther girls making a beline for the teachers hand. His feedback and the secretaries. and of course walking with emma in the demo.
The huge high i am on and the securing of 4 more sessions.

Hi Alan, Happy St. Patricks day to you. Wherever you are today, think of your friend in Ireland, because I am sure thinking of you. Oh, and the lateness of the hour means that Anne did organise a surprise party for my birthday and the last of the guests have just gone home. Anyway it is -2 degrees here in Dublin and undoubtedly it is a lot hotter where you are. Keep well, stay safe and be happy. Wishing you all that is good. Vincent

Hi Handsome. Great to read all your info. While you are having fun with waterfalls - you will be pleased to know that the weather here is ****ish - wet and windy. Your room in Abb Road is having a "makeover" and all your "room-mates" are having to hot-desk!! Missing you for the daily dose of jokes!! Irene x
