A lot of industry on the waterfront in this town. They use to do 1 a second, the woman in the shop's grandmother use to put the girls up , up to 6 at a time & she remembered her place always smelling of fish. Lovely city, it has good modern shopping centre. I picked up a chrome mini dustpan & brush to brush the crumbs from the table & a tea bag rest. I can see you laughing at that Karen, but wait till you see it. Dad liked it & said we could always post some home, that surprised me. Nice friendly people here & good food. It's Sunday, 2 roast dinners for £12 add a pint of beer & you've got the perfect lunch. The pork I had, melted in my mouth. They come with a tasty stuffing & Yorkshire puddings. What a huge city, lucky we have our Tom Tom. It was like a forest of big tall buildings. The streets weren't wide so that's probably why I felt that. The designs of these buildings are fascinating.
