It was all about the cars & costumes. A very entertaining day. It was huge, way beyond our expectations, the Poms really know how to put on a great show. Had a great B&B at Sandown ( Isle of Wight) very kind lady even putting a load of washing through for us. Very hilly & tight roads though, so much compacted in a small island. The weather was mostly good, but you have to remember to take an umbrella where ever you go. Had a lovely ploughmans lunch in a quaint little shop near the harbour at Cowes. Finally able to use my IPad. Had a lot of trouble finding a carrier to supply me with a pay as you go sim. Had 2 great flights over, must remember to log onto qantas to partition to keep our Aussie pilots in their planes. The first flight hostie was fabulous, kept giving us extra everything including booze. Our stopover in Singapore was a bit of a waste of time. It was lovely & clean with big wide tropical streets. Set the alarm to get up early to take the boys ( Bob, Donovan & Andrew ) to the airport. They're off to Eastern Creek Sydney, for the Muscle Car Masters. Happy Fathers Day.

Karen, Bob & I went whale watching Yesterday on a Tall Ship cruise. Lots of sightings with one very close out the back. Then went onto South Stradbroke for lunch it was beautiful .
