This morning we decided to go for a little look around Bangkok. As Jade didn't get much sleep on the overnight train, she decided to have a nap at the hostel. As she has been to Bangkok before, Sally, Ruth and me decided to go and see the Grand Palace as Jade didn't want to go here again. We have just arrived in Bangkok, and this is our last stop for south-east Asia before we fly to Australia on Saturday. We had a pretty standard, uneventful night train journey from Laos over to Bangkok although I think Sally and Jade were kept awake down their end of the train by a drunk guy being sick in his bed!
