so apparently i am not getting fired which is like woohoo(!) for now. i approached my boss for a reduced hours schedule and it looks like he will go for it. which means i could be working a 1-6 pm schedule mon-fri which I know, i know, is like the biggest slacker schedule but it frees me up to pursue creative endeavours on the side and like, sleep in.

but seriously, this is a good thing. i WAS going to find a way to get laid off but this works out perfectly.  And Christian just got a 5 month contract to renovate some place so we can soooo kick out the roommate and give him notice Feb 1 as planned. YAY! it will be so nice to actually be able to hang out there and have people over- what a concept!

hope all is well with you - no new pics?...i left you a voice mail on your cell phone the other day - after about 10 attempts to figure out how to call australia.  did you know the voice operator has an australian accent? very cool.

miss you lots! oh - and ken suh is having a baby boy (well, renee is) - they are coming to toronto tonight - crazy, eh?

How you coping without me? I'll tell ya what, Im bloody struggling to get settled back in here! I miss you and our crazy adventures already!! It's way too boring for me back here...It feels like I never left! So glad to hear your coming over to Perth, we're gonna have a blast. There's a whole new breed for us to harrass over here...YAY!!

I started back at work this week  doing 2 weeks full time of wedding designing while my sisters away. Spose it's not the worst job, but would much rather be havin a few bevies and runnin a muck with you! No other goss for me to report on - how boring! You'll just have to keep me updated with all your goss so at least I have something to get excited about!

i think i may just be fired today.

apparently i called one a++hole casting agent by another a++hole casting agent's name by mistake and since they hate each other with a burning passion more fierce than your passion for seeing tenacious d, i could possibly be fired. which i guess i'm totally fine with. because then i won't have to hear "happy new year's!' for the 2,007th time on the phone, along with "oh! did you have a good new years?"

 i swear.   the next person that asks me that is entering a world of pain. 

but, on the flip, at least they are no longer saying, "see you next year!"-

mmmwaahhaahah. kill me now.

 Thanks for e-mail it looks like you are having a great time. We missed you over at Clarissa house for Christmas. :)

Most of us in the cantalini household are sick (Roman, Caroline, John and Alyssa)  The kids had a great Christmas and their new love is the gift certificates so that they have an excuse to go shopping.  Kayla is working over the holidays and Alyssa and Roman are busy with hockey.  I'm taking it easy and plan on staying in my pJ's as much as possible.  John is busy cleaning (a welcome change only took 17yrs to train him) and chaffeuring everyone around.  We hope you had a wonderful Christmas and We hope you have a fantastic New Year!
